Apartamentos Lina

In the heart of Madrid, this complete renovation of a residential building reconnects it with its distinctly local character and urban memory. The shared spaces are renewed with respect, their design bringing in terracotta and green tones that evoke the neighbourhood’s energy.

Inside the apartments, colour on ceilings and tiles carries the same language through the building, creating a coherent, carefully considered atmosphere.

The roof is restored with the structure between its beams left exposed, revealing the original construction as a record of time and giving the building renewed dignity.
